About Us
Our Mission
One Health Englewood is a group formed to address the health disparities in Greater Englewood. Greater Englewood is 6.22 square miles and consist of the Englewood and west Englewood communities. We believe that these disparities can be addressed by attacking the root cause of poverty that lead to poor health outcomes. By combining a life-course approach with an emphasis on prevention and intervention, we seek to contribute to the ongoing resurgence of the community.
WE BELIEVE THAT TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
